Why it works
Simple installation
Extend the centre frame piping and affix it to the clothesline frame, close to the middle of the line.
Affix the cover to the front of the clothesline frame using the velcro stitched into the cover.
Thread the rear frame piping through the sleeve at the bottom of the cover — at this stage the cover hangs toward the ground.
Raise the cover up and over the clothesline, front to rear, then affix the rear frame to the rear of the clothesline and tighten. This is the one step where a second pair of hands makes it much easier.
